Exported video has visual random visual glitches and muted audio, but the project is fine

Here is the deal, I'm desperate since I tried EVERYTHING to solve this problem and nothing seems to work.

Basically, my project is fine, the audio and video elements all work as intended, but when I export the video (It doesn't matter what settings, premiere, or media encoder) I get these visual glitches before the audio goes muted. The video stays like that for a while and then comes back to normal.
This happens in random parts of the video each time I render it.
This is an image of the glitch and I'm also sending the video with the bugs.


I had Universe plugin installed and thought it could be something wrong there, but I uninstalled and the problem is still there...I just don't know what to do anymore. I also already reseted premiere...problem persist.

I'm editing on a Mas Studio M1 Max...just please help me...

Please provide detailed specs of your system, including your storage configuration as well as your OS and version of Premiere

I suspect an issue with your HDD or SSD, try exporting elsewhere?

I'm using a external SSD for my editing, including the export.
I exported on the native SSD and the problem was gone, thanks man you saved my life!
