Bitrate issue in Premiere Pro (Beta) v 25.1.0.005: When I set "Target Bitrate" to 20 Mbps (At export settings) and render to mp4 file, I get something around 10 Mbps in the rendered file. In Premiere Pro 2024 (24.6.1) there is no such error (also, older versions of Premiere Pro (Beta) didn't have this error, so, it's something fresh)
So, I can't use either Premiere Pro or Premiere Pro (Beta). How is it possible that specialists around the world haven't noticed such a simple and widespread error?

As I wrote before, the problem was fixed in Adobe Premiere 24.6.3 (Build 4) and also in Adobe Premiere 25.0.0 (Build 61)
But, in Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) Version 25.1.0 Beta (Build 48) it still remains.
So, bug report:
