Adding Captions nukes my Track 1 audio.

This has happened a few times now where I'll add a caption track and my Track 1 audio just stops working at the file level. Not muted, the volume is still up... but even if I open the file in the source montior, it's silent. I have to delete it from the project and re-import. Has anyone else run into this?

It gets better... now even though I can hear the audio on playback, it doesn't render when I export via AME. All other tracks, music, VFX are there, but the VO? Who needs that? Seriously, Adobe, these glitches for basic, bare-bones editing are troubling.

I'll have to do it the next time it arises. I restarted PP, AME and my Macbook Pro a few times and eventually everything sorted iteself out.

Also, not sure what to take a screen grab OF? The audio shows the waveform, mute button not lit, solo lit or not, doesn't matter...
