adobe premiere pro cc 2018

Hi!
Looking for adobe premiere pro CC 2018, version 12.1.2, for downloading. middle of the editing some issued came now i canot open.
 my OS and my Hardware special video card working with it,  that's the best version I can use...

Sorry, but it's no longer available on Creative Cloud, so we can't really help you. Why can't you open the program now? Do you get a warning dialog box or anything? Let us know.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reply. I fixed the problem when I reinstalled old version which I got my old hard disk.

Now I got another issued, when I import footage with 4 audio channel, and grab to the time line I can see only 1 audio channel I can’t rectify issued with premier setting or with installed version if you can help me with this issue appreciate

might be smart to start a new thread with your problem in the subject of the thread.  Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics cards and your source properties and sequence settings.  In this particular situation, tell us what camera the material comes from...
