Batch export with Premiere Pro CS6?

Hi Adobe Folks,

I have 2 QUESTIONS that possibly you could answer:

1) I want to batch export clips in a sequence in Premiere CS6. I highlight all the clips in the media browser, go to FILE - EXPORT, but it won't let me export the media (MEDIA is greyed out). Are you not able to batch export in CS6? Is there an alternative to doing this that doesn't involve buying CC.

2) Is it possible to export a Premiere Pro sequence in Apple Compressor or Handbrake without having to go through Media Encoder first?

Thank you.

1.There is no batch export for clips in CS6.

This feature was not added until later versions.

2. I frameserve a sequence on windows. Have no idea if this is possible on a mac.

You can export to prores and then compress in AC or Handbrake (but why?)
