We are using an enterprise account with several editors working remote. We have a production assistant gathering media assests. Can the production assistant add files to the cloud folder (like drop box) so the editors can access the media. Or, does the PA have to have a full enterprise license and adobe premiere downloaded on their computer in order to add media to a project folder?

If you mean a CC Cloud folder, my understanding is that could only be accessed by someone who 1) has a CC license and 2) has permission to access that folder.

If your media is on a different service such as LucidLink, then of course they could add material to that filespace if they have the permission to access it. Which would be outside of the CC Cloud folder system of Adobe, of course.
