error during run premier pro cs4 sdk project

Hi

   i am new in  flex.I developing the transition plugin using cs4& visual studio  2010 but during run the .cpp file the following error come,so what is  solution of that problem

please help me

You cannot "run" the .prm file, you need to run Premiere Pro to use your plug-in. See the sections "How to build the SDK projects" and "Debugging Plug-ins" in the Premiere Pro SDK documentation.
