I've emailed Adobe 3 times in the past two months and haven't reveived even 1 reply. I'm wondering how much Adobe Anywhere costs to get up and running with say 4 editors.
Thanks John for the reply. I've combed that page a bunch. One possibility is that the reason why there are no prices available is because of all the different possible combinations and the need for 3rd party hardware. It's like a big secret! Lol
+1 to John on that.
If I remember what I heard at NAB right, AA will only be available as an integrated system from select partners. Will not be available as software-only.
Okay, Im getting a better idea about whats going on. Thanks.
To Greg Barber: That was the address I emailed. I guess I can give it one more try and drop them another email.
Expensive, otherwise the price will be easily available.
According to this article:
Adobe Anywhere is a subscription model of $1,000/year/user. That’s in addition to installed seats of Creative Cloud and the cost of the hardware to make the system work, which is supplied by other vendors and not Adobe.
Per Adobe's FAQ:
At this time, as they're rolling out the collaborative parts of the upcoming release as the Really Big Show! feature, I've been wondering what they're going to do with pricing.
Because really ... running ALL CAPS HIGHLIGHTING of an awesome new feature, but it's only available at a steep premium, wouldn't seem really ... user-friendly?
So yes ... getting some clarification of this would be good.
Presumably you're talking about this, happening at IBC?
You're right; it's exciting and shows great promise... And one has to expect it would be easier, more accessible, and less expensive than Adobe Anywhere.
We all hope so! Yea, this looks pretty useful to a TON of people these days.
