Lumetri Hue Saturation Curves - Is there a way to move a key frame's hue without changing the saturation

In other words is there a way to grab a key frame and move it clockwise, counter-clockwise around the graph without it shifting

Currently holding the shift key allows the selected key frame to adjust saturation without changing its hue (i.e. allows it to move towards / away from center while preventing it from moving clockwise / counter-clockwise)

Looking for the equivalent: allowing hue position without changing its saturation.

Tried all the modifier and combinations I could think of, so far to no avail.
