Since updating Premiere I am getting a very annoying error message: "FILE HAS NO AUDIO OR VIDEO STREAM ATTACHED". Dont know what it means, it causing me delays, the same files were being imported to previous projects WITHOUT any problems and now its all screwed up.
If someone has an answer please post here. Windows 10
I updated Quicktime, Uninstall and reinstalled
I updated Premiere pro, Uninstall and re installed
I clear all cache and media cache
And none of this works.
It has to do with Adobe not supporting mov 32 bit anymore. I install the previous Premiere version and it imported all my mov files without a problem. However it gave me the warning about the 32 bits files.
So the only solution here I guess is to keep using Adobe 12.0 until I cant anymore.

Try importing the problem project into a new one via Media Browser, see if that helps.

Importing should have forced a rewrite of the cache. What formats are you using?
Adobe dropped support for legacy 32bit quicktime codecs.

Delete all preview and rendering folders associated with your project and restart your system.
If the problem persists try to open a new sequence and check if you have all codecs available.
Try deleting media cache manually from app data hidden folder, if you don't know how to do it
let me know to help you out.

Thanks CArlos, this didnt help either. Level of frustratrion is very hight right now. I cant simply import movs to premiere pro since last upgrade.
How do I check if all codecs are avialable in a sequence?

Don't feel bad. Holding onto old versions to support legacy projects is fairly common in this industry. I still have CS3/4/6 on a legacy platform and 2014.2, 2015.3 with 2018 on my everyday. I rarely will upload or carry an old project into a new one.

Hi MIAMI777,
You can transcode the footage in an earlier version of Media Encoder and use those files in the current version of Premiere Pro. Sorry if that is not very clear.
Thanks,
Kevin
