Not able to change workspace or use dropdowns in effect and controls

Whenever I try to select the "color" workspace, nothing happens until I click the "file" button on the top left of my screen. It's sort of like it switched to the color workspace tab but I can't see it. Also, when I go into the "effect controls" tab, I am unable to select any drop downs. This is hard for me to explain but hopefully someone can help.

I just realized that I only have this problem in this sequence. Everything is normal in other sequences.

15.2 and previous versions have an issue with nested audio, which causes strange behavior: delete from timeline or disable Show Audio Waveform.

Fixed in 15.4.
