I installed PP 2020 on an Alienware gaming computer with 16GB of RAM and it ran fine. I upgraded the RAM to 64GB and now the program opens, waits about 10 seconds, then closes. No error message are displayed. I have tried:
- Reverting back to the 16GB RAM - same symptoms
- Unistalling PP 2020 & AI 2020, restaring the machine, then reinstalling PP 2020 - same symptoms
- Deleted the Media Cache Files - Same symptoms.
- Each time I changed RAM, I reset the value in the BIOS.
All of the other Adobe Creative Suite programs appear to run fine.
Any suggestions?
