Premiere Pro CC 2017 doesn't play the video

While playingback the video on the timeline and in the Source monitor window, the coursor is moving forward and then back, that is, it is jumping back (twitching) . I can't view the video and hear the auidio properly.

How can I resolve this issue?

I'd try clearing the cache.

At the top of the Premiere interface.

Premiere Pro (mac) Edit (windows) Preferences/Media Cache then click on clean unused. If that doesn't work.

You could also reset your preferences by: holding down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting.

Also make sure that someone hasn't spilled coffee in the keyboard.

I've cleared the cache and reset the preferenced. It  doesn't work(((

And yeah, the keyboard is clean)

Can you try playing the video in  player outside of Premiere and see that it plays ok?

Also check to see if your video drivers are up to date

Pinacle plays the video correctly and MPC-HC in the same way. Drivers are up to date too as far as I know.
