Premiere Pro CC 2018 crash with VideoHiv templates

Hi

I am new here , Recently i installed videohiv graphic template in my Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 , whenever i open to use these templates , Premiere crash ,

although it works fine with its own templates , I use Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 on my windows 7 64 bit ,

Ram 12 Gb

Core i5 (Third Generation)

Please check if  the templates are compatible with the version of the application.

You can also try installing a different version of the app and check if the issue persists. Steps: Install previous version of your Creative Cloud app
