Premiere Pro Crashing On Startup (Exception_Access_Violation)

On launch, Premiere Pro instantly crashes and gives me a .crash file on my desktop.

The Exception Code is Exception_Access_Violation, which I have not found a solution for on these fourms.

My Hardware:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800x

16 GB G.Skill Ripjaws V CL15 Memory

Nvidia GeForce 1080 w/ Driver Version 471.11

Is the driver the Studio Driver, not the Game Driver?

If so, try a clean install of the  462.59 Studio Driver.
