Hi All!
I have a performance that was shot with 3 cameras using a live mixer. I have the final product, not all 3 cameras separately, in one long clip. Is there any way for premiere to automatically find where each camera switch is and cut the clip there as an independent shot? They are straight camera transitions, not dissolves. I remember doing this years ago with either Avid or FCP, but I don't know if it can be done with Premiere.
Thanks!
Hey Tala,
A very timely post, because in the latest version of Premiere Pro (14.4), you can do this with scene edit detection: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/whats-new/2020-5.html#scene-edit-detection
Let us know how it goes, OK?
Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks Kevin!
It's a slow analysis period, but works like a charm!
Cheers,
