We currently have a template with specific heading types and fonts/sizes saved. However, each time we add a bullet note, the font changes to a different size and font. How to I customize the template so the bullets remain in the chosen font/size we have everything else set to?

What do you mean by template? Are  you referring to a list style in the CSS? If you are, have you defined the font within the style?

Also what version of RoboHelp are you using? Please include that in any thread as it can affect the answer.

We are using Robohelp 11. We defined the font but we can't get the bullet to default to that font when we choose a bulletted list. After we set the defined font and style and click the bullet option from the toolbar, it defaults to a different font and size, as if it is a bullet note instead of a bullet step.

Apply the style from the Style Pod.

Styles and Formatting. It's probably greyed in your screenshot because you didn't have a topic open.

Is this what you're referring to? If so, we tried to update the formatting here as well and it unfortunately did not work unless there is a step in the process we are missing.

Yes but you need to change the dropdown to Lists and then create a list style.
