Merged CHM Issue

Hi there,

My chm opens in the following format instead it should open in the form of merge toc.

I have branched this reply to a new thread as aside from the issue being with a CHM file, it had nothing whatsoever to do with the other thread's discussion theme.

I assume that is a child project TOC, the point of merged help being that you can't tell it is merged help as a user.

The Merged Help pages on my site include some information about merged CHMs.
