Mulitlevel List Formatting in Printed Documentation Output from Robohelp 2019 Classic

Hi,

I'm struggling to ensure that printed documentation output retains the font formatting and layout of a multilevel list and wanted to confirm that, even if you (1) set up list styles for each multilevel list in Word; and (2) map the multilevel list in RH to a Word multilevel list, you still have to manually apply the each list style to each list level?

Thanks,

Dee Dee

Multilevel lists in Classic versions work fine in online outputs but they don't map in print outputs.

The easiest solution is to create the first list item in the topic, then apply Normal over the top. For lists already created, select the whole list and apply Normal.

Assuming your list font is the same as Normal that shouldn't affect online outputs but it will correct your printed lists.

Let us know if that works.
