The program is not opening. It appears to start to open but after 15 minutes it still won't open.
And just for clarification (because we do see all manner of posts about every conceivable product here, some not even Adobe products) what product are you saying is not opening?
Not sure why this happened, but RoboHelp was not opening because our company was having internet problems. Once those were cleared up, everything was fine. RoboHelp is installed locally.
