In Context to the below post:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp/quot-manage-permissions-not-specified-quot-error-message-in-...

I tried the exact steps from the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InDKV10sb4A. However, I noticed that under the Zendesk profile the Visible To and Managed By drop-downs do not populate anything in my case. Am I missing something?

Is the connection not getting through? I am able to sign in to the portal using the credentials that I provide. I am using a 15 days Zendesk trial account. Would that be an issue?

Please don't ask in two threads. Anyone now trying to help would need to post in two threads making it messy. In the other thread I have asked anyone who can help you to reply in this thread.

Have configured who the content should be visible to in ZenDesk? RoboHelp takes that information from there.

I don't know if ZenDesk limits their trial, that's a question for them.

Worked now.

Very important step, the Zendesk API needed to be enabled per the video.

Able to publish to Zendesk now.
