What is the difference between leaving a topic out of the Table of Contents entirely, and including it there but clicking "Hide in Output" on that page?

If you don't include it the topic will not be in the build. Include and hide means it won't show in the TOC bit it can be found by search etc.

Lots of information like this in RoboHelp Reimagined sample project.

Peter, thank you for your response. Where can I find the RoboHelp Reimagined sample project?  I clicked on the blue Reply button as you advised, and it looks like I'm replying to myself, so I hope you find this.

It should be in your My Documents\My RoboHelp Projects\ folder - if it didn't make it in there, copy it from the c:\program files location where RH is installed & stick it in that My Docs location - then you can play with & abuse it without damaging the "factory" copy.

It looks like something either went wrong with the installation or it got deleted at some point.

You can copy a fresh copy from the Robohelp installation folder.

(should be something like Program Files/Adobe/Robohelp/resources/data/template/projects/RoboHelp Reimagined)

Don't try to run it from there as that folder is system protected.

I can't see the "Hide in Output" option in the Properties panel. I added a topic to the TOC and see the"Exclude this topic from Search" option but not a Hide in Output option.
