Greetings,
As mentioned before, I'm working on getting back up to speed with RoboHelp. For this new project, I'm noticing the current install is RH 2019 rather than 2020, so we will likely upgrade soon. I have a couple of questions please.
Is there still an accessible help output option in RH 2020, or have the output options been updated so there is no longer a need to generate an accessible version of output? Also, I was noticing output of the upgraded (non-classic version) is quite different than the output generated with the RH Classic version. Are there any resources that can be used for customizing the new version of the output (the header bar specifically)? It looks like the default header is a shaded bar with the title preceded by a circle; I'd like to change that.
There is no accessible output in the New UI versions. The link I gave indicates how compliance works.

Is your 2019 licence perpetual or subscription, if the latter you can upgrade at any time.
Accessiblity is covered at the end of this topic. The Skin Editor (grainge.org) You haven't said how you would like to change the header. I believe the logo shape can be changed if that's all you require. To the best of my recollection it's the same in 2019 new UI.

Thank you,
It seems your link has the information I was looking for; I'll look at it more closely this week. I'll have to find out about the license type.

I have a follow up question please. Since WCAG compliant skins are available with the use of the supplied Azure Blue & Indigo HTML 5 skins, am I understanding correctly that there is no longer a need to generate a version of help using the “Accessible” output preset option? It seems in RoboHelp 2020 there may no longer be the “Accessible” output preset that was available in previous versions? We haven’t upgraded to RoboHelp 2020 and probably won’t for a while longer so I’m not able to confirm this.
