Hello,

I've downloaded the free trial version of RoboHelp, but before I install it, will this interfere/overwrite my current version of RoboHelp (2017)? I'm pretty sure it will install as a separate app, but wanted to make sure first.

Thanks!

You can run both. I have 2017, 2019 and 2020 on one machine.

After downloading RH2020, check to see that you've got the lastest version (as of March 2020, it's 2020.4) - if it's still on 2020.0, there was a bug in that intial release that stopped the normal Help > Updates mechanism, so you'll have to go to https://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html, & grab the latest version - if it's not already 2020.4, get the last vesrion & then use the Help > Updates mechanism to get up to 2020.4.

Thanks, Jeff. I just downloaded it about 30 minutes ago, so I'm hoping that it's the latest and greatest.
