Some clues would help.

1] Is Microsoft Word installed? You haven't said.

2] Which version?

My guess is that it is an incompatible version. See Versions of Windows and MS Word compatible with RoboHelp

If your version is compatible, post back.

Yes, MS Word 2013 is installed on my system.

I checked, the Word version is compatible.

Is Word installed with its normal.dot template on your local drive? If your IT people have put it on a network, it can cause issues.

It used to be the case that it was important that Word was installed and run before RoboHelp. It could be worth trying uninstalling RoboHelp and installing it again.

If that's not it, then this was a fairly common problem with versions 7, 8 and 9. For those Adobe released fixes. It would be worth contacting Support as they may have a similar file for 11.
