I downloaded a faulty asset today, asset ID #58158041, its preview is different from the actual asset when downloaded, and I wanted to know who can help me to get this fixed or refunded. Thanks.

If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.
