saving assets - licensing

Hello community. 

I have just purchased a premium subscription on adobe stock but I still cannot download/license an asset . it keeps on telling me this asset cannot be licensed. anyone can help me with this please ?

What is a Premium subscription? Do you have Adobe Express Premium? That is not a stock subscription, but allows you to licence from inside of Adobe Express assets for Adobe Express use under a limited licence. It does not allow you to generally licence assets via the stock assets.

Hi @beautiful_force4064 - This is expected. As your account is created from  a global safe country, there are certain restrictions in place for certain assets being available to those geos . That is the reason why when you try to license those asstes you get the message that says asset cannot be downloaded. Best option is to login to the stock site specific to your locale (country) to get the assets that are available for licensing . Hope this helps.
