Just uploaed my 1st photo. I'm not sure which tax form I have to complete. I am a resident of The Netherlands, not a US citizen.

I would certainly appreciate if anyone can advise.

Thank you

Nadia

Just realised that I posted this under the wrong account. You can tell that I am new.  It should have been under Nadia Sanowar Photography

The account does not matter.

The tax issue is simple and complicated in one.

  • you need a tax number from the US Tax administration. You get that by filling out a form and proving that the Netherlands have a double imposition avoidence agreement.
  • Then you need to fill out the corresponding tax form.

You will not be able to get paid without this procedure.

I hate to say it, but if you're also a submitter to Shutterstock, you will find better tax information there. The tax situation is the same. However from an earning point of view, Adobe has better payouts.
