300 image subscription bonus. when?

Based on my estimation I've reached 300 upload for the year sometime in early September, with now being more than 600 accepted in 2018, but have not received any bonus subscription yet. When can that be expected to arrive?

I checked our records and see that you have been issued a code. Check your archived email for sender "CompEXT." You may also find it in your spam folder.
