I am new to stock submissions.  This is a shot I took a while ago.  I have had a lot of rejections which I am learning from.  I would consider printing this for my wall.  It represents a typical woods scene which I manipulated in Topaz Labs to give it a painting look.  Would this be rejected and does it belong  in photo or vector?  Below the Falls.jpg

If you send this you will have to select either Photo entry or Illustration. It can not be both. It is my experience thus far, Adobe prefers to let a customer play with colorizing - keep photo natural. If it is an illustration it will need to be that, a filter does not an artwork make. I would just send the sharpest fully focused shot making sure you do not have too high a contrast between light and dark.
