building that no longer exists

hi

the building i'm being asked to provide a release for has been demolished

to the ground

the previous owner of that building moved and sold the property (land)

do i STILL need a release?

p.s.

is there a way to respond to such a request for a release to adobe ON the release form?
it seems there is no way to do that

& the email they sent me is a "no-reply" email address

Unfortunately yes, it's likely we would still need a release. The moderation team can't possibly know the status of every building in the world therefor they must follow a standard practice for release requirements across the board. Due to the importance of legal compliance we will always err on the side of caution with this sort of upload.
