Content Approved but not appearing in Search

I submitted a couple videos which were both approved by Adobe last week, however they still don't seem to be showing up in search results when using any of the key words.  Is there typically a long delay from when content is approved and when it appears in the search results.

Thanks in advance.

Are you able to find it using the content ID number? You can also search from within your portfolio and that should narrow down the results. It's important to remember that only keywords are searchable so be sure any words you are using to search are listed in your keywords (not the title).

In addition, can you confirm the clips are in a standard size? Adobe Stock will only recognize clips in the following dimensions:

* 1280*720

* 1920x1080

* 2048x1080

* width >= 3840 AND height >= 2160

Kind regards,

M

Thanks for the input Mat! I tried searching several keywords that are listed on the videos, but nothing seem to work. I also tried searching using the content ID as you suggested, and that doesn't find them either.

Regarding dimensions, it looks like my videos do not match the standard sizes.  They are all 2704 x 1520

I'll try re-submitting them in a standard size and see if that corrects the issue.

Thanks again,

Scott

Thanks Mat! I tried re-uploading the footage in the standard formatting size and all seems to be working beautifully!  Really appreciate your help.

All the best,
