download your own files

hello, I have lost all my files saved on my external Hard Disk,so...can I download my own videos and photos without paying  in order to recover them? How can I do that?

No, there is no function like that on Adobe stock.

And contributors are even disallowed to buy their own stuff, as this would move their contributor status up.
