Hello to everybody.
I have a problem with login to adobe stock: i have logged in in my adobe ID, and when i`m trying to log in - it shows for me a form for sync fotolia to adobe stock, but it was already synced before.
Exactly same problem was already described on this forum
Please, help me
Follow the instructions that are given. Only Adobe can help. The fora are not good for specific account problems like yours.
Just to add: If you are really not able to contact Adobe via the information provided in the linked forum entry than update this and someone will call for help.
I have contacted with adobe stock support via chat - and they referred me to forum.
Chat is exceptionally not the good point to contact for any contributor problems. Stock contributors have their own support channel as indicated with the forum post that you have linked. I suppose this has to do with the Fotolia legacy.
