Hi,
I recently noticed that one of my photos sold so, I used Google to track where it might be being used and came across a German photo print website. It appears that the website buys stock photos and tries to resell them as prints that customers can put on their walls. I am pretty sure that this is probably a violation of the terms of the license agreement from Adobe Stock and would like to confirm this with their legal department. Anyone here work for them or know how I can get in contact with them?
Thanks,
Garrett
Ps. The website is not only using my photos but, has quite a few stock photos on it for resale by other contributors.
Hi,
Are you sure this site is not an API partner or similar of Adobe/Fotolia? Usually this is noted somewhere on the website (imprint, etc.) if this is the case and would be legal in this case. Usually, these are pages that offer poster printing, canvas printing, etc. and buy images "as needed" when a customer orders a print.
If you insert here a link to this page we can have a look at it here. Or you can send the link with explanation directly to the support to get an answer.
