how to find out how many times an image (not mine) has been uploaded?

Couldn't find information, please help!
I want to know how many times a vector image (or photo) any author has been uploaded and in what period? How can I do that?

Each author is going to upload each photo once. Why would they upload again?

I assume you mean "downloaded." We do not provide this information. You can see how many times your own work has been downloaded, but not the work of others.
