I can't sell photos, It doesn't work and I don't what else to do.

I can't sell photos, It doesn't work and I don't what else to do.

1. I go https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-1

2. There are two options, I select "No, I'm not. Proceed to next step"

3. It shows next error: There was an error creating your account. Please try again.

I writed to adobe by email, but they don't help me, I chated with adobe but they don't help me, I don't know what to do, buy I am 10 days with this problem, speaking and sending emails and chats, but nobody solve my problem. Sorry but I don't understand Adobe working so bad to solve problems.

Someone here would be so kind to help me please. Thank you so much.

What you did was an option I considered, however I wanted it to be the last resort. First I wanted you to sign out of both accounts then try to sign in to Fotolia. If that worked then sync. If that did not work, the second screen print suggested you have incorrect credentials. If your username was correct then you could have tried clicking on "I forget my password", in which case hopefully you'd gain access. Then if that did not work I'd have suggest doing what you did.  But usually the correct ...

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot post here without an Adobe account, hence am I to understand you to be saying, that you signup but unable to upload images to Adobe Stock?

Or is it that you've uploaded the image but unable to access them?

Then I click on the button: No, I'm not. Proceed to next step

And show me the error attached in the screenshot

Yes I have a fotolia account (without any photo, because I never used It, but I have It), so when I go to that option  here https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-1​ "Yes I'm a Fotolia Contributor", url goes to https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-2https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-2

In this screen I write my Fotolia username and password but an error that I attached. I spoked with Adobe, and they deleted my old Fotolia account and told me about create a new one, I did It but doesn't work neither with my old account "sergiobg" neither my new one "sergiobg77". I don't understand, and people in Adobe don't solve me anything, alwais asking same questions, sinceresly I hoped people profesional in Adobe. I have writed this in differents conversations more than 7 times, It is really anoying, but not for you, thank you. I hope you can help me please, I don't know what to do.

I believe you understand that the questions are for details so that we can better assist.

Do I understand you correctly to be saying you had a Fotolia account with no asset that you did not sync with Adobe Stock, that account Adobe deleted, and advised you to create a new Fotolia Account?

If my understanding is correct, were you able to create this new Fotolia account?

If yes did you add any asset to the new account?

If yes, is it this new Fotolia Account you're trying to login to?

Also I'll need to know if the new account was synced to Adobe Stock.

1. Yes I created a new Fotolia account here: https://www.fotolia.com/Member/SignUp

2. No, I can't add any set, because from Fotolia when I click "SELL IMAGES" It send me here to Adobe Stock https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-1 that is where errors starts and don´t let me sync or go on without sync.

I SOLVED IT. Do you know how?

I signed out from Fotolia and from Adobe, and created a new one with a new email directly in Adobe Stock. So Quickly is working. But something wrong is with my another account that I didn't discover.

If that did not work, the second screen print suggested you have incorrect credentials. If your username was correct then you could have tried clicking on "I forget my password", in which case hopefully you'd gain access. Then if that did not work I'd have suggest doing what you did.  But usually the correct way to go about solving issues is by process of illimitation, and delete is usually the very last resort when all else have failed.
