I made a mistakes

Hi everyone. I made a mistakes in uploading files and I am asking a chance to fix mistakes.

I will delete all it ai generated illustrations but I create videos that exist only on Adobe stock (I never think that can happened). Reason that I was blocked because I was greedy and try to upload as many files as I can (I truly believed than more I upload files each day than better my ranked on adobe stock - huuuge mistake). 

I write lot of letters to everyone for asking of help. I don't know the result but need to share my mistakes with other contributors so they will avoid my mistakes and don't be blocked as me.

 

Here is my mistakes that will never happened again.

 

1) I will upload files from home ip (when I don't have electricity in city I will NOT use mobile internet) in my country is war and we sit without electricity and home internet for weeks (so I was upload from notebook by mobile internet).

 

2) I will not use tags and key words as it was in license agreements (huge mistake was using co pilot for creating key words) he create lot of words that was not permitted by adobe. 

 

3) I will not upload bunch of works for creating collections (totally my mistakes) lot of the time people buy whole collections for example steampunk cities or alphabets (they buy for 20 pictures of same letters and same cities but with small changes at one time). This sales was in my history of sales and I was thinking that was ok.

4) I have all rights for all my content (each piece and each image) - I am not sure that was a mistake but I received it in letters

 

5) I was thinking if my files was reviewed they was tottaly fine. That's not. Seems review don't check all points that I wrote earlier. Again my mistake.

 

6) I was thinking if I make something wrong someone support tell me that "I need to stop or I will be blocked" - this is another my mistake. I need to count only on guidelines. 

 

I understand that my mistakes was unacceptable But i want to ask oportunity to delete/change ALL files that do not match guidelines (I wil learn guidelines from A to Z). My work not all was created wrong way, some assets (lot of assets) was totally fine. But I need chance to fix it.

You should have posted this in the Adobe Stock Contributors Forum, not the Stock forum which is for Buyers. Adobe personnel do not regularly monitor the forum, so you will receive no response from them here. No one in the Community Forum can help you get your account restored. It seems you might have made too many errors and violations of the Terms and Conditions for Adobe to restore your account.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can not be of assistance in getting your account unblocked. Also, at least one of the reasons you feel contributed to having your account disabled are not in violation of the T&Cs. For examples, it is perfectly acceptable to upload assets by way of mobile internet. In any event, it only takes one violation to result in having your account blocked. You've listed quite a few that you apparently were aware of, or subsequently becamer aware of.

All you can do at this point is to use the "Contact us" link on your dashboard to ask Adobe for details and wait for Adobe to complete their investigation.
