This image was rejected for "technical reasons". Since the FAQ includes several possible explantions, I asked the moderator what this means they refered me to the community.
I've looked at the image, maybe too many times, and can't decided what is wrong, I'm reaching out to this group.
Open to all feedback on why this would be rejected?
Thank you,
Birton Gilbert
It's very likely the post-processing effects you added are the reason for the rejection. The image appears to be over-sharpened and converting to black and white can also lead to rejections. It's better to submit the clean, sharp, color version of your images. If the end user wants the file in black and white, they can easily make the conversion.
Better luck next time,
Mat Hayward
Hi Birtonrgilbert,
There seem to be a depth of field issue. For example at the point at which the wing crosses over to the flower, there is no visible edge, compounded with the file being black and white as already explained.
Best wishes
JG
