Korrektur ausgezahlter Lizensgebühren

Hallo zusammen,

Hi Christian Hillebrand,

You said "Adobe make mistakes and the contributor has to pay for it!!!

I'm not comprehending that statement. Are you suggesting that Adobe took more from you than was given to you in error? Because if you have proof that that is the case, then you need to use the contact link at the bottom of your account page to take it up with them.

My understanding is that Adobe took back what you should not have gotten in the first place. That is not paying for mistake. In my opinion that is tantamount to you getting an advance. Smile and give thanks, especially since it is likely that if you had asked for it most likely you would not have gotten it.

I´ve written to the Adobe Support, I only get a standard text message with the typical blabla, but not what was the mistake, neither I get a complete statement what happened exacty which "wrong" payment´s... That´s makes my very sad... no communication to the contributor - with all modesty , we do the all the creative work... But it´s hopeless to discuss these topic with an adobe forum ACP. At least it has a dull peculiar flavour...

I can appreciate your disappointment, and it is understandable. I notice it's a growing trend of customer service attitude that is common among many industries, not just Adobe; and it is painful when we know better, can do better, and expect better. However there might be a number of factors that understandably contribute to this sort of attitude, such as response expectation, workload, etc. This is how I'd go about it. I'd check my sales for the period the error is said to be made (I believe the notification letters usually come on the date). If with that I do not come to a satisfactory conclusion, I'd reply to the message asking for the details I want.

What I'll do for you is to ask MatHayward to take a look at your account and probably provide for you the details you seek. However his usual prompt response might be extended. Therefore I'll request that you be a bit patient.

Best wishes

Unfortunately the dates seem not to be available on the website. You however receive on the same date, the web page is updated, a notification e-mail each time a download/sale is made. That is what you'll need to use to check the dates. If you have already deleted from inbox, then you might need to search trash for them, assuming you did not empty your trash folder.

I hope this was helpful

MatHayward could also note this as a suggestion, that the download dates be added on the insight page for our reference. I believe he will also examine your account and will be in a better position to update you in details about your royalty balance.

Thank you for the suggestion.
