LIghtroom Submission Does Not Show Up on Adobe Stock Page

I submitted some images directly from Lightroom to Adobe Stock. They were apparently sent from Lightroom (no error noted by LR) but did not arrive at my Adobe Stock contributor account. I then exported the images and uploaded them directly to my Adobe Stock account and all went well. Why am I unable to submit directly from Lightroom? How can I reconfigure Lightroom to use the same setting that I used when I sent the submission directly to Adobe Stock?

Check in Lightroom Publishing Manager to see if your Adobe Stock service is enabled and running. And that you are logged into Creative Cloud.Perhaps this is the reason why you cannot submit directly.

Check in Lightroom Publishing Manager to see if your Adobe Stock service is enabled and running. And that you are logged into Creative Cloud.

Perhaps this is the reason why you cannot submit directly.
