I took a portrait of my step-grandmother a few years ago.  She passed away a year ago and I was looking at some of the pictures that I have taken of her and saw a few that I would like to submit to Adobe Stock.  However, I do not have a model release for her and I would be one of her closest living relatives.  What are the rules that apply to this situation?

Without a model release a person featured in a stock image must be deceased for a minimum of 75 years. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept images of your Step-Grandmother.

Kind regards,
