model release

I want to upload a photo in adobe stock and sell it.But I myself is the model in the photo so what do I do in model release?

You need to fill out a model release form for yourslef which you can find here:
https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/releases/create

You will need someone to sign it as a witness as well.
But the form is very stright forward and once its done, you can start linking all your photos of yourself to that release.
