You can use Camera Raw Filter in Photoshop CC if you have it.

There is no exposition problem. IMHO, the moderator has chosen the wrong button. I suppose it's noise (sky) that poses a problem. What is the original resolution of the picture you send over?

The original resolution was 5184*3456, and my Canon 7d give the slightly noisy image:(
