It might be because the icons do not appear to be your original design.

Could also be the lower right icon shows a Mastercard logo. I'll double check with our IP compliance team in case there is something else I'm missing here.

Confirmed...while the logo isn't an exact match to Mastercard it's clearly implied to be a Mastercard which is a trademarked brand. Get rid of that intersecting circle icon and resubmit.
