It appears to be from a smartphone, so generally speaking image quality from smartphones is not so good for stock. The buyer wants to be able to enlarge, and with smartphone pics, you can't enlarge very much without getting image quality problems - pixels here are becoming a bit smudged; this is due to the camera image processing.
