But if I had to guess, it could be that you failed to give a property release for the toy. You can't use other people's intellectual property to make money, without permission.

Did you make that toy? Do you own the property rights to it?
If yes, you must sign a property release giving Adobe permission to use it commercially.
If no, you must find out who does own the rights and get them to sign a property release. Failing that, Adobe Stock won't accept your image.
