Last year there was this thing that if 300 stock images were uploaded and approved, the contributor would receive a year of photographer plan as a reward. I was supposed to receive the key within weeks, but it's been months and I still got no emails from Adobe.
I tried to contact support but every time it's "connecting you with a specialist as soon as possible", then after an hour or two, still no specialist assigned to my case. I can't open a ticket without this live support process, can I? So there won't be anyone helping my case it seems.
If I did something wrong that disqualifed me for the reward, I'd like to at least know. Otherwise, I'm beginning to think the whole reward thing was never intended to be sincere and real, and was just to trick new contributors into uploading assets.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
