Upload Raw or Jpeg files

Does Adobe stock allow the uploading of Raw files or is it strictly Jpeg?

Only JPEG files. But if you use Adobe Lightroom you can upload raw files through the Adobe Stock plugin. It converts them to JPEG during the upload.
