Nice catch.
You should crop the image. it needs to be sharpened and the house lights darkened out. the sky should also be darkened.

Thanks for the kind words and suggestion.
But wouldn't it affect the framing with the tower adjacent to it?? Or Only the croped image of lightning will do the task?

The tower is almost invisible - you see it because you know it is there; Adobe will not accept such low contrast as part of the composition. It is unlikely you can make a realistic shot to combine tower and lightning, but it would be nice if you could.

Hi @sachhidanand5C7F ,
Your photo is underexposed and extremely noisy - both luminance and color noise. I do not believe you had enough depth of field either. Focus seem to be a bit out. There are too much harsh black and will not do well on print.
Best wishes

Focus is a problem, your picture simply isn't sharp.
The noise level is very high as of @jacquelingphoto2017's analysis.
The picture is slightly underexposed.
You should correct the geometry and could reframe the picture to put more emphasis on the flash.
If you have the chance to take a similar picture next time, you should allow for a longer exposure time to get a nice night view of the skyline.
